B2B Outbound Sales Representative (Permanent full-time, hybrid)
The company
Aliston is a CRM and digital transformation consultancy. We support companies in defining and implementing their digital strategy, from scoping to integration: consulting and project management, CRM integration, tech and innovation, digital agency, cybersecurity. Our teams have delivered hundreds of projects in more than thirty countries.
Cirrus Shield is the solution we publish: a CRM and low-code platform that enables companies to centralise their customer data, automate their sales processes and build their own business applications without development.
Cirrus Shield’s clients are micro-enterprises, SMEs and mid-sized companies. In addition, Cirrus Shield offers vertical solutions for the following sectors: training organisations, consulting firms, real estate agencies, e-commerce businesses, non-profit organisations.
The role
Commercial opportunities currently come mainly from inbound enquiries and referrals. This role is created to develop an outbound prospecting channel for the entire Aliston offering, with a priority on the Cirrus Shield offering.
The role holder defines the sequences, the messaging and the follow-up mechanics, and reports on results. Direct reporting to Aliston sales management, with no intermediate hierarchical level.
The role can evolve into a sales management position.
The variety of projects I have taken part in allowed me to gain experience very quickly. For me, Aliston Consulting is both a school and a career accelerator.
Roland, Senior Consultant
Your responsibilities
- Build and qualify targets: define ICPs by segment (training, consulting, real estate, e-commerce), build and enrich account and contact lists.
- Run multichannel sequences that are structured, measured and iterated: cold call, cold email, LinkedIn.
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (business owners, sales directors, operations managers), validating the business issue, the decision-making authority, the project horizon and the budget range before involving a consultant.
- Follow prospects through to a decision: follow up after each meeting, set a dated next step at every exchange, and maintain follow-up over long cycles.
- Coordinate internal teams: ensure that the deliverables expected from the consultants or management (proposal, demonstration, pricing, technical response) are produced within the timelines announced to the prospect, and flag any blockers.
- Manage by data: track connection, reply, meetings-held and conversion rates in Cirrus Shield, adjust messaging and sequences accordingly, and report recurring objections and market signals.
The profile
Required:
- Minimum 4 years in B2B outbound prospecting, including at least one experience in SaaS or a software solution.

- Comfortable talking with SME owners about their sales organisation.
- Fluent English, French and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Autonomy in organising your work.
Preferred:
- Selling to SMEs and mid-sized companies on one- to three-month cycles.
- Command of enrichment and sequencing tools: Lemlist, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Aircall or equivalents.
- Use of AI tools in prospecting: personalisation, call preparation, signal sorting.
- Knowledge of the CRM ecosystem and its players.
